The Team
The Commercial Enablement team within Plan & Build serves as an innovative bridge between product and commercial teams, delivering first-in-class intelligence to our clients. As a new, forward-thinking team, we leverage the latest AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our work, ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry innovation.
Responsibilities And Impact
- Oversee end-to-end client permissioning workflows within the new front-end platform, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and validate client access permissions, data entitlements, and user privileges
- Monitor and troubleshoot permissioning issues, providing timely resolution to maintain optimal client experience
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of permissioning processes, procedures, and system configurations
- Partner with Commercial teams to understand client requirements and translate them into appropriate platform permissions and access controls
- Support platform testing and validation activities to ensure permissioning functionality meets business and client needs
What We're Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in client operations, platform administration, or technical support roles
- Strong understanding of user access management, permissions systems, and data security principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in complex technical environments
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with platform migrations, system integrations, or workflow management tools
- Previous experience in data business or information services industry with understanding of data licensing and distribution models
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to data access and client permissions
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Previous experience in a client-facing role with demonstrated success in building strong stakeholder relationships
