Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Development
· Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on accountability and results.
· Set clear performance expectations and track results through scorecards, CRM reporting, and analytics.
· Recruit, train, and mentor team members to drive continuous improvement.
Revenue Growth & Strategy
· Develop and execute annual and long-term sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
· Identify new markets, verticals, and strategic opportunities for expansion.
· Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Sales Process & Systems
· Implement and optimize CRM systems to ensure pipeline visibility and data accuracy.
· Build scalable sales processes that improve efficiency and consistency across the team.
· Utilize data, analytics, and AI tools to improve forecasting, targeting, and performance.
Marketing & Business Development
· Partner with marketing to drive lead generation, campaigns, and brand positioning.
· Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and pricing strategy development.
· Support prospecting efforts and assist in closing high-value opportunities.
Operational Collaboration
· Work closely with Dispatch, Operations, and Accounting to ensure customer success.
· Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to leadership.
· Contribute to budgeting, strategic planning, and company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Three years minimum experience in sales management (
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive revenue growth
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making
- Valid driver’s license
