Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Specialist, based in Kochi. The Placement Specialist will oversee end-to-end international placement processes, including identifying suitable opportunities, liaising with overseas employers, assessing candidate eligibility, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies. Key responsibilities also include providing guidance to candidates on placement opportunities, conducting pre-employment training, and maintaining high standards of customer service to ensure successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with candidates, institutions, and employers effectively
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess candidate profiles and match them with suitable job opportunities
- Experience in Recruiting and Training to manage placement processes, facilitate learning, and prepare candidates for their roles
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to changing work environments, and meet deadlines effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with placement processes in Germany or other international regions is a strong advantage
