🔹 Role: Placement Specialist
🔹 Experience: 1–2 years (relevant experience required)
🔹 Location: Bangalore (Thubarahalli)
🔹 Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
🚫 Note: Candidates with experience solely as college placement coordinators are not eligible for this role.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end placement support to candidates in the IT domain
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners and clients
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes
Guide candidates on job readiness, interview preparation, and career paths
Ensure high placement success rates within defined timelines
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
1–2 years of experience in placement/training & placement within an EdTech environment
Proven experience in placing candidates in IT roles
Strong understanding of the IT job market and hiring trends
Excellent communication and coordination skills
🌟 Preferred:
Experience in EdTech training and placement support
Track record of successful student placements in an EdTech ecosystem
