Role Description
Drive B2B sales of JKR’s BIM Training Course by building partnerships with engineering colleges and onboard B.Tech students as paid learners.
Key Responsibilities
1. College Partnership & Relationship Building:
Identify and approach Engineering, Polytechnic, and Architecture colleges across Odisha and nearby states for BIM course tie-ups.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Placement Coordinators, HODs, and Training & Placement Officers TPOs.
Pitch JKR’s BIM course as a value-add for student employability and college placement records
2. Sales & Student Onboarding:
Conduct seminars, webinars, and demo sessions in colleges to explain BIM, its industry relevance, and career scope.
Counsel final-year B.Tech Civil/Mechanical/Architecture students on course benefits, fee structure, and certification.
Drive student enrollments and meet monthly/quarterly enrollment targets
3. Program Coordination:
Work with JKR’s technical trainer to align course content with college curriculum and student skill level. Handle end-to-end onboarding: student registration, fee collection coordination, attendance tracking. Coordinate with college management for scheduling workshops, Seminar.
4. Business Development & Reporting:
Maintain a database of colleges, contacts, and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
Prepare weekly sales reports on leads, colleges visited, demos conducted, and enrollments closed.
Provide market feedback on competitor courses and pricing to JKR management
5. Post-Sales Engagement:
Ensure smooth course delivery by acting as the single point of contact between college, students, and JKR technical team.
Collect student feedback and testimonials for marketing and future college references.
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years in Education Program Sales, EdTech sales, or Training Sales - mandatory.
Existing network with engineering colleges and TPOs in Odisha/Chhattisgarh/AP preferred
Strong presentation and communication skills in English + Odia/Hindi
Comfortable with field visits and on-campus activities
Basic understanding of BIM, CAD, or technical education is a plus but not mandatory
KPIs for Performance:
Number of colleges onboarded per quarter
Number of students enrolled per month
Conversion rate from demo to paid enrollment
College renewal rate for next batch
