Role Description The Placement Partnerships & Talent Relations Intern will support the development and management of partnerships with educational institutions, training centers, and talent networks in the Pune Division. This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating placement activities, maintaining relationships with placement officers, and assisting in organizing campus drives, workshops, and information sessions. The intern will help manage candidate pipelines, respond to queries from students and partners, and ensure timely follow-up and documentation of all engagement activities. Daily tasks include supporting recruitment and internship processes, gathering and analyzing data on placement outcomes, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align talent initiatives with organizational needs. The role also includes contributing to communication materials and promoting SK Natural Farm’s programs and opportunities in a professional and consistent manner.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track placement metrics, evaluate partnership effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with students, institutional partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide prompt support to partners and learners, and maintain positive long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills or interest in facilitating sessions, coordinating workshops, and supporting skill development initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting skills or interest in talent sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews and placement activities.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include organizational and time-management skills, proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations), and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Human Resources, Agriculture, Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with a demonstrated interest in Agri-Tech, rural development, or education and training.
