About the Role
We are looking for a Placement & Partnerships Associate to support our placement and recruitment efforts.
This role involves working closely with students and external companies to facilitate job opportunities and support hiring processes. It is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support student placement by matching candidates to relevant job opportunities
- Coordinate interviews and track application progress
- Identify and reach out to companies hiring for entry-level roles
- Build and maintain a pipeline of hiring partners
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email
- Assist in internal hiring processes when required
- Maintain records of candidates, companies, and hiring activity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and email for outreach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment or willingness to learn
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Interest in recruitment, HR, or business development
- Exposure to outreach, sales, or lead generation
