Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support learners throughout the placement journey from opportunity mapping to interview outcomes.
- Coordinate mock interviews, resume reviews, counseling sessions, and hiring communications.
- Share updates with learners regarding interview schedules, feedback, and next steps.
- Support outreach efforts to hiring partners, colleges, and recruiters.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners.
- Conduct research and outreach using LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Manage day-to-day placement operations to ensure timelines are met.
- Maintain placement trackers, reports, and basic analytics records.
- Support hiring drives, placement events, and stakeholder coordination.
- Facilitate communication between learners, recruiters, and internal teams.
- Ensure communication reflects the organization’s professionalism and brand values.
- Support initiatives aimed at creating a smooth experience for learners and partners.
