Role Description
The Placement Officer role is a full-time, on-site position located at the Boston Institute of Analytics' Sholinganallur, Chennai campus. The Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placement activities, building relationships with corporate partners, and organizing recruitment drives. The role also involves providing career counseling to students, coordinating training programs to enhance employability skills, and ensuring smooth facilitation of interviews for students and recruiters.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Campus Placement coordination and building corporate relationships. Minimum 1 year experience mandatory as a placement officer and should have contacts with recruiting companies HR
- Excellent Communication skills for interaction with students, recruiters, and internal teams
- Proficiency in Career Counseling and guiding students on career opportunities and paths
- Experience in organizing and delivering Training programs focused on skill and employability enhancement
- Educational or professional experience in a training or education environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-based environment
- Knowledge of emerging technology trends and hiring processes in relevant industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related disciplines
