Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Officer based in Kochi. The Placement Officer will coordinate campus placement activities with educational institutions, build relationships with recruiters, and support students in preparing for interviews and career opportunities. The role involves providing career counseling, facilitating training sessions, and organizing placement drives to connect job seekers with suitable opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Campus Placement activities and building industry connections
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Career Counseling and understanding job market trends
- Ability to design and deliver effective Training and skill development programs
- Understanding of the education sector and career development strategies
- Good planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Familiarity with local job markets and employment trends is an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 1 years of experience
- Experience in Logistics and Hospital Administration Placement is Mandatory
