Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Placement Officer to join our team on-site at our Hyderabad location. The Placement Officer will oversee campus placement initiatives, establish strong relationships with recruiting partners, and ensure successful job placement for learners. Daily tasks include coordinating and conducting placement drives, providing career counseling to students, offering training to enhance employability skills, and maintaining a strong network with corporates to maximize placement opportunities. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including students, trainers, and industry partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in organizing and conducting campus placement activities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in career counseling and helping learners identify suitable career paths
- Knowledge in training and education to guide participants effectively
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate recruiters
- Proven organizational and time-management skills
- Passion for empowering learners and improving employability outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
