Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Placement Officer. The Placement Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong industry connections to create job opportunities for students, coordinating placement activities, and preparing students for interviews by conducting workshops, mock interviews, and resume reviews. The role also involves tracking placement statistics, gathering feedback from recruiters, and strategizing to enhance placement outcomes.
Qualifications
- Relationship management and networking skills for establishing and maintaining partnerships with industry professionals and organizations.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to handle placement schedules, events, and communications effectively.
- Proficiency in coaching and mentoring students, including conducting mock interviews, resume editing, and career guidance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with both students and external partners.
- Data analysis and reporting skills to track placement performance and provide actionable feedback for program improvements.
- Familiarity with recruitment practices, job market trends, and talent acquisition strategies is preferred.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in educational institutions, recruitment, or campus placement coordination is highly desirable.
