Placement Officer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Officer / Executive to drive campus recruitment initiatives by building strong corporate connections and ensuring smooth execution of placement drives. The role requires proactive outreach to companies and effective coordination between recruiters and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, connect, and engage with companies to generate campus hiring opportunities

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate HRs and recruiters

• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end placement drives

• Serve as the primary point of contact between companies and students during the recruitment process

• Ensure seamless execution of hiring activities, including scheduling, communication, and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

• Freshers are welcome to apply
