Job Description for the Role of Placement Officer/ Corporate Relations Executive
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new recruiters across diverse sectors including IT, Core Engineering, BFSI, and Startups to expand the institutional hiring network.
- Build and sustain strong professional relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and business stakeholders to ensure recurring hiring partnerships.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment drives (both virtual and on-campus), ensuring seamless end-to-end process management and recruiter satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports on recruiter engagement, student performance, placement statistics, and offer tracking for management review.
- Continuously track hiring trends, industry demands, and salary benchmarks to align student readiness and institutional strategies.
- Represent the institution at job fairs, corporate events, networking meets, and industry forums to strengthen visibility and employer engagement.
- Actively promote the institution’s brand among recruiters by showcasing student talent, success stories, and institutional strengths.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India (Pan-India travel mandatory)
- Flexibility to visit corporate offices, attend hiring events, and build industry connections
