Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Officer based in Indore. The Placement Officer will coordinate and manage campus placement activities, build relationships with recruiters, and ensure students are prepared for employment opportunities. Key responsibilities include organizing training sessions, delivering career counseling, and supporting students in their job search journeys.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 Yrs of similar domain experience
- Demonstrated experience in Campus Placement and Training management
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with students, employers, and stakeholders
- Career Counseling expertise to guide students on professional growth and job opportunities
- Understanding of educational systems and experience working in an Education or academic environment
- Ability to work collaboratively, plan events, and achieve placement targets
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or the education sector will be an advantage
