Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Placement Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The Placement Officer will oversee and manage campus recruitment processes. Responsibilities include coordinating campus placement activities, providing career counseling to students, organizing training sessions, and building strong relationships with companies. The officer will work closely with educational institutions and employers to ensure successful job placements and career development for students.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Campus Placement and building relationships with recruiters and academic institutions
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with students, employers, and academic stakeholders
- Background in Career Counseling and Training to guide and prepare students for professional opportunities
- Understanding of the Education industry and its best practices
- Ability to plan and execute events, such as recruitment drives and career fairs
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
