Exciting opportunity to join as a *Placement Officer* in our new *Gurgaon office* at Institute of professional studies Academy (IPS Academy) Indore, which is a topmost multi-disciplinary higher education institution with 12,000+ students across 16 colleges. www.ipsacademy.org
*Position Overview*:
1. Build industry ties, organize campus drives, mentor students, and boost placement success at IPS Academy, Indore’s premier multidisciplinary institution
2. Based in Gurgaon for strategic corporate outreach.
*Key Responsibilities*
• Understand industry needs and prepare students according to the needs of the industry for MBA/BBA, Law, Fashion, Hotel Management, MCA/BCA, Bcom/Mcom, Social Sciences courses
• Forge relationships with companies/HR, arrange meetings, and secure campus visits/recruitment drives.
• Mentor students on interviews, GDs, resumes; manage internships and data analytics for optimal matches.
• Track placements, ensure policy compliance, and report metrics for peak performance.
• Get students placed for employment and internships
*Qualifications & Skills*
• 5-10 years in placements/corporate relations with existing network with various companies in Delhi and across the country
• Top-tier networking, communication, analytics (Excel/CRM), and problem-solving skills.
• The person should be a self starter, driven and passionate about the role.
• The candidate will report to one of the Promoter Director
• Compensation will be competitive for the right candidate (fixed + variable)
