Job Role :
Managing end-to-end campus placement activities for students, including student recruitment, industry and alumni engagement, and institute branding initiatives.
● Developing, implementing and managing a variety of Learning and Development and job placements readiness activities for students, including assessment for job readiness, soft skills training, career coaching and/or counselling
● Providing career guidance and placement support to students by offering insights on job opportunities, market trends, workplace expectations, and effective job search strategies
● Working on constant industry collaboration through various events, including alumni sessions and guest lectures to enhance students' learning in a variety of fields/subjects
● Efficiently working on the SAP placement module for placement operations, student data, and recruitment processes.
● Contributing to institutional accreditation processes, including NBA and NAAC audits, by coordinating documentation and compliance-related activities.
