Role Description
This is a full-time Placement Officer role based on-site in Thiruvananthapuram. The Placement Officer will coordinate campus placement activities, establish connections with recruiters, and support students in preparing for their future careers through effective counseling and training. The role involves arranging placement drives, advising students on career opportunities, and maintaining strong industry relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Campus Placement coordination and managing placement drives
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with students, recruiters, and faculty members
- Experience in Career Counseling and guiding students on professional opportunities
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful Training sessions focused on employability skills
- Background in Education or related fields, with expertise in student development and success
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Ability to build and nurture strong professional relationships with industry partners
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
