Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune Division for a Placement Officer. The Placement Officer will develop and manage relationships with educational institutions to oversee campus placement initiatives, conduct career counseling sessions for students, and provide guidance to help them achieve their career aspirations. The role involves coordinating training programs, developing placement strategies, and ensuring alignment with industry requirements. The Placement Officer will play a key role in connecting students with potential employers and ensuring the seamless execution of the placement process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Campus Placement processes and strategies
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, faculty, and recruiters
- Experience in Career Counseling and providing career guidance to students
- Proficiency in Training and developing frameworks to prepare candidates for employment opportunities
- Knowledge of the Education sector and its connection to industry trends
- Ability to work independently and to manage projects with attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving capability and an ability to build strong professional networks
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; experience in placement and recruitment is an added advantage
