Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Officer, based in the Pune Division. The Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placement activities, assisting students in career development, and building industry relationships to secure opportunities for candidates. The role also includes providing career counseling, training support, and maintaining effective communication with students and industry partners to ensure a seamless placement process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Campus Placement and building relationships with industry professionals
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with students and industry stakeholders
- Ability to conduct Career Counseling sessions and guide students effectively
- Knowledge and experience in Training and Education practices for career preparation
- Dedication to mentoring and empowering students for professional success
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a background in education or human resources is advantageous
- Familiarity with the clinical research or healthcare industry is a plus
- Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills
