Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Officer at Alpha Tech Academy, based in the Bangalore Urban district. The Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placement activities, building and maintaining relationships with recruiters, providing career counseling to students, and organizing training sessions to enhance employability. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to align training programs with industry requirements, preparing students for interviews, and ensuring a smooth placement process.
Qualifications
- Experience with Campus Placement and a strong network of industry contacts
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in Career Counseling and the ability to guide students effectively
- Expertise in planning and conducting Training and skill development sessions
- Familiarity with the Education sector and understanding of job market trends
- Organizational and team coordination capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in job market tools and platforms is a plus
