Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Placement Manager, Internship Manager, or Office Executive at K.R. Mangalam University, located in Gurugram. The responsibilities include managing and coordinating internship and placement opportunities for students, building strong relationships with corporate partners, and ensuring a smooth placement process. The role will also involve providing administrative support, maintaining efficient office operations, and delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders. The candidate will work closely with students, faculty, and industry representatives to foster student growth and achieve placement goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with students, corporate representatives, and internal teams
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to efficiently manage day-to-day operations and tasks
- Basic knowledge of Accounting principles for financial and budget-related assistance
- Organizational skills and attention to detail coupled with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Experience in educational institutions or corporate stakeholder engagement is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
