The NorthCap University is inviting applications for Manager / Senior Manager – Placements (Engineering Programmes). The incumbent will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing placement activities for students of the School of Engineering & Technology, while developing and maintaining long-term relationships with industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new industry partners to expand the recruitment funnel.
- Deepen ties with existing HR leaders to ensure recurring placement opportunities.
- Lead the planning and execution of hiring events and internships.
- Drive "last-mile" prep and interventions to maximize student-to-offer conversion rates.
- Bridge the gap between corporate requirements, faculty training, and student aspirations.
- Maintain real-time data on placement trends, CTC averages, and hiring outcomes
- Ensure all placement activities comply with institutional standards and ethical guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Masters in a relevant discipline from a reputed institute
Min 5 years of relevant experience in a related role
