Job Title: Placement Manager

Role Summary:
The Placement Manager will be responsible for developing and managing placement activities for students in the Aviation and Hospitality domains. The role requires strong industry connections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align candidate profiles with employer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and hospitality brands
- Identify new placement opportunities and generate employer tie-ups
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment drives, interviews, and placement activities
- Prepare students for placements through resume building, interview training, and grooming sessions
- Track placement performance and maintain placement records and reports
- Organize job fairs, campus drives, and industry interaction sessions
- Understand industry trends and align training programs with market needs
- Ensure high placement ratios and student satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Aviation, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or HR within Aviation or Hospitality sectors
- Strong network within airlines, hotels, or travel industry preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Preferred Background:
Candidates with prior experience in Aviation training institutes, Hotel Management institutes, or recruitment firms specializing in service industries will be highly preferred.
