Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Placement Manager role based in Bengaluru South. The Placement Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end placement activities, connecting with hiring companies, and preparing candidates for interviews. Day-to-day tasks include building partnerships with potential employers, organizing career guidance sessions, monitoring student progress, and ensuring placement targets are achieved. The role will also involve strategizing and implementing processes to enhance placement outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in employer engagement, corporate relations, and building partnerships in the job placement domain.
- Skills in communication, networking, and interpersonal relations to engage effectively with corporate stakeholders and candidates.
- Proficiency in career counseling, interview preparation, and understanding recruitment trends and job market dynamics.
- Ability to strategize and implement effective placement frameworks and drive results-driven initiatives.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate events, manage placement drives, and oversee team performance.
- Understanding of the tech and education training landscape is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in placements, recruitment, or a similar role will be considered a plus.
