Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Manager located in Mohali district. The Placement Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with recruiters, coordinating interviews between students and banks, and preparing students to secure placements in the banking sector. Additional responsibilities include networking with industry professionals, conducting mock interviews, providing feedback for student improvement, and organizing placement drives to facilitate successful employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in planning, organizing, and coordinating placement drives
• Knowledge of the banking or financial services industry
• Ability to mentor, train, and prepare candidates for interviews
