- Experience - 2 yrs minimum as a placement manager

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Manager with strong exposure to the education and EdTech ecosystem. The role focuses on building corporate partnerships and ensuring successful student placements.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end placement activities for students
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates and hiring partners
- Coordinate campus placement drives, interviews, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with training teams to enhance student employability
- Track placement data, reports, and placement outcomes
- Act as a key link between students, trainers, and corporate recruiters

🔹 Required Skills & Expertise:
- Placement Coordination & Management
- Experience as Placement Executive / Placement Manager / Placement Head
- Training & Placements Operations
- Career Services & Student Counseling
- Corporate Relations & Employer Engagement
