Role Description
The Placement Intern will work full-time from our Mumbai office on tasks that support placement operations, including coordinating with students, maintaining placement records, assisting in training and development activities, and conducting recruitment drives. The intern will also build relationships with hiring companies, ensure smooth communication between stakeholders, and provide customer service-oriented support to students in their job placement process. This is an on-site position, offering valuable experience in educational and professional placement services.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities to manage placement data and optimize processes
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, hiring partners, and team members effectively
- Customer Service skills to deliver a positive experience for students and other stakeholders
- Experience or interest in Training and Recruiting processes is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively, organize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and tools
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred
