We're Hiring | Corporate Relations Manager – Industry Partnerships
📍 Location: Hyderabad

MOSart Labs is looking for a dynamic, target-driven professional with strong B2B relationship-building skills to establish partnerships with semiconductor and technology companies.
This is not an HR or Talent Acquisition role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting new companies, identifying hiring opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and building long-term corporate relationships.
The primary objective of this role is to generate internship and placement opportunities by bringing new companies into the MOSart Labs hiring network.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and approach semiconductor, electronics, embedded systems, and technology companies.
- Meet HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, Engineering Managers, and Business Leaders to understand hiring requirements.
- Build long-term corporate relationships and convert them into active hiring partners.
- Bring placement drives, internship opportunities, and recruitment mandates for MOSart Labs students.
- Negotiate and execute hiring partnerships and MoUs.
- Coordinate the complete recruitment process—from company onboarding and interview scheduling to final student selection and joining.
- Maintain strong relationships with recruiters to generate repeat hiring opportunities.
- Represent MOSart Labs at corporate meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Relations, Enterprise Sales, Client Acquisition, Staffing, Recruitment Consulting, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build corporate relationships and close partnerships.
- Comfortable meeting CXOs, HR Leaders, and Engineering Managers.
- Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about creating career opportunities.
Note: This is a corporate partnership role focused on building employer relationships and driving student placements. It is not an internal HR or Talent Acquisition position.
