Lead and manage the Secondary School staff and resources.
Drive academic standards, teaching & learning quality.
Handle timetabling, cover, recruitment, and line management of Deputy Head, Leaders of Learning, and Year Leaders.
Contribute to curriculum implementation, assessment, discipline, and student conduct.
Lead professional development and appraisal of Secondary staff.
Foster strong relationships with parents, governors, and the wider school community.
Take on teaching responsibilities alongside leadership duties.
📌 Skills & Experience Required
Teaching qualification + MA in Education or NPQH.
Minimum 10 years’ continuous senior leadership experience in education (for allowance eligibility).
Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum.
Experience in independent and international schools.
Commitment to extra‑curricular activities and holistic student development.

💰 Package & Terms
Salary: SCR 28,000/month
Relocation allowance: SCR 12,000/month
Housing allowance: SCR 17,500/month
Senior leadership allowance: SCR 10,000/month (with 10+ yrs exp)
End of contract bonus: £4,000–£7,000
Flights + shipping allowance (100kg cargo)
Contract: 23 months, 12 weeks holidays annually
