Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Placement Executive role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Placement Executive will be responsible for coordinating job placements for students, assisting with career development activities, conducting training sessions to enhance employability skills, and liaising with companies for recruitment. The role requires active communication with stakeholders and consistent efforts to establish and maintain professional relationships with recruiters and corporate partners.
Qualifications
- Experience or skills in job placements and coordinating with companies for recruitment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams and students
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities to build relationships with recruiters and students
- Experience in conducting training sessions designed to prepare students for placements
- Proficiency in career development strategies and knowledge of marketplace trends
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site role with a team-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in the education or animation industry is an advantage
- Must be fluent in Bengali (speaking only )
Job Location - Topsia - Kolkata
Salary - upto 20,000 CTC per month
