Role Description:
We are looking for a passionate and committed professional to join our team at V-Excel Educational Trust, working closely with individuals with special needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with companies to identify employment opportunities
- Support placement processes for individuals with special needs
- Build and maintain relationships with employers
- Maintain documentation, reports, and placement records
- Assist candidates in job readiness and workplace adaptation
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and documentation handling
- Any degree can apply (B.Ed in Special Education – ID is an added advantage)
- Proactive, adaptable, dynamic, willing to learn and committed to professional growth
- Stable mindset with a strong inclination to work with special adults
