Job Title: Placement Executive

Location: Mira Road, Mumbai

Reporting To: Head of Institution / Director

Job Summary

The Training Placement Officer is responsible for preparing students for employment and facilitating campus placements by building strong relationships with industry partners, organizing training programs, and managing the end-to-end placement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, recruiters, and industry partners for campus placements and internships.
• Plan and execute placement drives, job fairs, pre-placement talks, and recruitment activities.
• Identify training needs of students and coordinate skill-development programs such as aptitude, soft skills, technical, and interview readiness training.
• Maintain student placement records, employer databases, and placement reports.
• Guide and counsel students on career paths, resume building, and interview preparation.
• Coordinate with academic departments to align student skills with industry requirements.
• Ensure timely communication between students, recruiters, and college management.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience in training placements, corporate relations
• Strong communication, networking, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
