KRA For Placement Executive:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, industry professionals, and alumni to create placement opportunities.
- Research and engage with new companies to expand the placement network, aligning with industry trends and student career goals.
- Facilitate campus visits, recruitment drives, and meetings with employers to discuss placement needs and expectations.
Placement Coordination and Strategy:
- Work with the Placement Manager to design and implement effective placement strategies, setting targets and timelines.
- Organize pre-placement talks, workshops, and recruitment events to prepare students for interviews and job placements.
- Monitor the placement process, track student performance, and ensure timely and effective communication with recruiters.
- Student Preparation and Support:
- Conduct regular training sessions on resume building, interview techniques, and soft skills development.
- Provide one-on-one counseling to students to identify career interests, goals, and prepare them for placement opportunities.
- Work with academic teams to align curriculum and skill development with industry requirements.
