Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Placement & Counselor. The role involves guiding learners in their career journey, providing expert career counseling, preparing them for interviews, and organizing training sessions tailored to the industry requirements. The role also includes maintaining strong communication with learners and employers to ensure a successful placement process and fostering meaningful professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage effectively with students and professionals
- Proficiency in Career Counseling and Interviewing to provide personalized guidance and support
- Experience in Training and knowledge-sharing, particularly around career development and industry-specific skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Prior experience in placements, recruitment, or counseling is a plus
