We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Placement Coordinator who will be responsible for preparing students for job opportunities and ensuring successful placements through strong industry connections.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and HR professionals
Identify placement opportunities aligned with student skills and courses
Organize campus drives, interviews, and recruitment events
Train and mentor students in:
- Resume building
- Interview preparation
- Communication and soft skills
Track student progress and placement readiness
Coordinate with internal teams (trainers, management) to align curriculum with industry needs
Maintain placement records and generate reports
Ensure placement targets are met consistently
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (MBA/HR preferred)
2–5 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or training
Strong corporate network and industry connections
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and motivate students
Familiarity with hiring trends and job market requirements
