Job Title : Placement Coordinator Intern
Salary Package : 10-15K stipend (Based on the performance in the interview)
Location : Remote (WFH)
1.Candidate must have own Laptop.
2.Candidate must be familiar with Malayalam and English Language.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for students, sharing job opportunities and tracking their readiness.
* Maintain and update trackers regarding student progress, interview statuses, and application details.
* Prepare daily and weekly reports on placement activities and team attendance.
* Help implement and monitor team schedules and daily standup tasks.
* Identify bottlenecks in the placement process and assist in resolving them quickly.
Who we are looking for:
* You can pick up new systems and processes almost instantly.
* You are comfortable talking to both students and senior management.
* You notice the small things that others might miss.
* You don't just wait for instructions; you see what needs to be done and take action.
* You are comfortable with spreadsheets, and task management tools
