About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly driven Placement Coordinator & Corporate Relations Executive who can actively build company partnerships, outreach to recruiters, and create placement opportunities for learners.
This role is not focused on HR operations or Talent Acquisition. We are specifically looking for someone who understands:
- Corporate outreach
- Recruiter relationship building
- Hiring coordination
- Placement operations
- Learner employability support
The ideal candidate should be comfortable networking with startups, companies, hiring managers, and recruiters to help learners secure relevant opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, startups, companies, and hiring partners
- Conduct regular outreach through LinkedIn, emails, calls, and networking initiatives
- Source placement and internship opportunities for learners across different domains
- Coordinate interviews, hiring drives, and placement activities
- Work closely with learners to understand their profiles, skillsets, and placement readiness
- Assist learners with interview coordination, placement tracking, and job application processes
- Collaborate with mentors and internal teams to improve learner placement outcomes
- Maintain recruiter databases, outreach trackers, and placement reports
- Ensure smooth communication between learners and hiring companies
- Identify new partnership opportunities for hiring and corporate collaborations
KPI & Performance Expectations
The candidate will be expected to consistently achieve minimum performance KPIs, including but not limited to:
- Daily recruiter/company outreach targets
- Company partnership and hiring tie-ups
- Interview coordination and placement activity targets
- Learner placement conversion metrics
- Monthly placement and opportunity generation benchmarks
- Consistent follow-ups with recruiters and hiring partners
Minimum KPI achievement and consistent performance will be an important part of the role evaluation and continuation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Placement Coordination, Corporate Relations, Employer Partnerships, or Business Outreach
- Prior experience in EdTech, training institutes, or placement-focused organisations is preferred
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in recruiter outreach and company partnership development
- Good understanding of hiring processes and placement operations
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and corporate communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
