🎯 Job Overview
Winsmart is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Junior Placement Officer to support placement activities by connecting with companies and facilitating job opportunities for freshers.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Connect with Company HRs through calls and field visits to identify fresher job openings
- Source and float job opportunities to suitable candidates
- Coordinate and organize interviews between companies and candidates
- Follow up with employers to secure offer letters
- Maintain basic records of candidates, interviews, and placements
👤 Candidate Profile
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel for field visits
- Basic understanding of recruitment / placement process preferred
- Proactive and target-driven attitude
🚗 Requirements
- Own two-wheeler (Bike)
- Valid Driving License
- Comfortable with field work
💰 Compensation
- Salary: ₹12,000 per month
- Petrol Allowance (as applicable)
- Performance-based Incentives
