Role Description
The Placement Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune City. The Placement Coordinator will manage end-to-end placement activities, liaising with organizations to create job opportunities for students, and maintaining relationships with recruiting partners. Responsibilities include guiding students on career opportunities, assisting them in resume building, preparing for interviews, and providing personalized career counseling sessions. Additional tasks include organizing placement drives, maintaining records of student placements, and staying updated with industry hiring trends and requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Experience in Customer Service and relationship building
- Familiarity with the Education and IT training industry
- Recruiting experience, including connecting talent with organizations
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute in an on-site professional environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant tools like MS Office and experience with placement/job portals are a plus
