🚀 We’re Hiring | Placement Coordinator
📍 Location: Gurugram

We’re looking for a proactive, target-oriented and relationship-driven professional who can build strong relationships with companies, HRs, recruiters and hiring managers and generate corporate hiring opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
• Identify and connect with potential corporate hiring partners through LinkedIn, email, cold calling and networking
• Build and manage relationships with HRs, recruiters and Talent Acquisition teams
• Generate, qualify and convert corporate leads into hiring partnerships
• Understand employer requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and campus hiring drives
• Drive regular follow-ups and maintain the corporate hiring pipeline
• Conduct market research to identify new employer opportunities
• Track outreach, conversions, hiring opportunities and partnership performance
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Business Development / Corporate Relations / Recruitment Sales / Placement
✅ Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills
✅ Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and email communication
✅ Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
✅ Target-oriented mindset with experience working against KPIs
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Experience in EdTech, Recruitment, Staffing, Higher Education, Training or B2B SaaS is a plus
