Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Coordinator based in Hyderabad. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating employment opportunities for learners by establishing partnerships with organizations, coordinating placement events, and guiding students through the hiring process. Day-to-day tasks include networking with recruiters, managing databases of job opportunities, conducting mock interviews, and supporting learners in interview preparation. The role also requires continuous communication with both companies and learners to ensure alignment between job requirements and candidate readiness.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to effectively engage with learners and organizations
- Customer Service experience or aptitude to provide professional guidance and support to learners
- Recruiting expertise or educational background to identify and connect candidates with opportunities
- Proficiency in organizing placement activities and managing databases or placement workflows
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain professional relationships with corporate partners
- Experience in career coaching, mentoring, or providing job preparation resources is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields such as Human Resources, Education, or Business
