Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Placement Coordinator role based in Kochi-Kerala. The Placement Coordinator will work closely with students, professionals, and industry partners to facilitate successful job placements. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring companies, coordinating placement activities, counseling and mentoring students, and ensuring they are effectively prepared for interviews and career opportunities. The role also involves tracking employment outcomes and continuously fostering connections in industry networks.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with both students and corporate partners
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to convey information effectively
- Experiences in Customer Service and Education to support, guide, and mentor students in their career development
- Knowledge and experience in Recruiting processes, strategies
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced professional environment
- Proven organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in the education or staffing sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related fields preferred
