Location: Kanpur (Mandhana Campus)
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Corporate Relations / Training & Placement Cell
Education: PG/MBA in HR, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual placement strategies to achieve 100% placement targets across all university departments.
Corporate Partnerships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR heads and corporate leaders of top brands for campus recruitment.
Industrial Tie-ups: Facilitate MoUs with industry partners for internships, live projects, and "on-the-job" training programs.
Market Trends: Monitor evolving job market demands to align student training modules with industry requirements.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of placement executives and faculty coordinators, delegating tasks and tracking performance metrics.
Data Management: Oversee the maintenance of a robust database including recruiter contact details and placement statistics for reporting.
Required Skills:
Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills to manage large-scale campus drives.
Fluency in English and Hindi, with high convincing power.
