Job details:
Identify and onboard new IT companies and build strong relationships with HRs, Recruiters & Hiring Managers.
Generate fresh IT job openings for both freshers and experienced candidates.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per company requirements and coordinate the complete interview-to-joining process.
Build and maintain a strong IT company & HR database through LinkedIn, job portals, networking and direct liaisoning.
Pitch and coordinate Job Fairs / Recruitment Drives with colleges and ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with colleges, candidates and companies for interviews, selections, offers and joining.
Maintain placement MIS and track openings → interviews → selections → joining.
Work closely with the training team to understand candidate skills and map them to relevant IT openings.
