Role Description

The Placement Coordinator will work as part of the team to connect qualified trainees with employment opportunities. Responsibilities include building relationships with employers, sourcing job openings across industries, and maintaining a database of candidates and employers. The role will involve guiding trainees on soft skills and interview preparation, coordinating job fairs, and ensuring trainees are matched effectively with suitable positions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi Jharkhand.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with trainees, employers, and stakeholders.
  • Customer service skills to ensure positive experiences for trainees and employer partners.
  • Knowledge in education and recruiting practices to align candidates with suitable job opportunities.
  • Ability to organize events such as job fairs and career counseling sessions.
  • Proficiency with record-keeping tools, generating reports, and tracking employment outcomes.
  • Preferred: Experience in vocational training programs or related industries and familiarity with regional employment landscapes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred.
