What you’ll be doing:• Building strong recruiter & industry connections
• Driving placement drives and hiring partnerships
• Mentoring students, building strong rapport, and guiding them towards career readiness
• Preparing students for interviews and real-world roles
• Tracking placements, offers, and joining outcomes
• Identifying new opportunities across aviation, hospitality & service sectors
What we’re looking for:• Strong communication & networking skills
• Experience in placements / recruitment / training institutes
• Ability to engage and guide students effectively
• A proactive, result-oriented mindset
• Passion for student success and career building
