We are looking for a Placement Coordinator who will be responsible for connecting our learners with top companies, facilitating job and internship opportunities, and providing career guidance to ensure successful placements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute placement strategies to achieve target placement rates.
- Student engagement and counselling.
- Establish and maintain employer relations.
- Facilitate job placements and internships.
- Maintain placement database and generate regular reports.
- Provide career guidance and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA is a plus).
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Knowledge of career development and job market trends.
- Experience with placement operations in an edtech startup is an added advantage.
- Prior exposure to the Construction, Architecture, or Design industry is a strong plus.
