Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Placement Coordinator. The role involves building relationships with prospective employers, connecting students with career opportunities, and providing mentorship to help learners achieve career readiness. Additional responsibilities include organising placement activities, coordinating recruitment events, conducting student career counselling sessions, and tracking employment outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with students, faculty, and industry partners
- Customer Service expertise in managing employer partnerships and understanding client needs
- Knowledge and experience in Education and training systems
- Recruiting knowledge, with the ability to connect candidates with relevant opportunities
- Organisational and coordination abilities to handle placement activities efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, with prior experience in placement or career services preferred
